MIEEP Consulting Limited was founded in 2013 by a group of three MBA students from the University of Nairobi. MIEEP is an acronym for Managers for Industrial, Environmental and Educational Projects. The company is currently under the stewardship of Eng. David K. Kirop (BSc. Mech Eng; MBA SCM), a registered Professional Engineer and member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya.
The company was established to provide comprehensive engineering consultancy solutions across three core sectors — Industrial, Environmental and Educational — and has since grown into one of the region's trusted engineering and construction firms, operating across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We are currently a resident contractor at Bamburi Cement Limited providing mechanical maintenance, refractory works, civil and electrical services, while simultaneously managing consultancy engagements for greenfield cement projects in Kenya and Burundi, and a brownfield factory in the DRC.
